displaying of date fields overlapping

I'm trying to fill in the form for managing registrants in the frontend. Trouble is: the fields for date and time are overlapping, so I can't fill in the nessesary dates. What could be cause?

Look like there is some css conflict with your site template causing this error. Please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of your site

2. Link to the page

Our support staff will check, add some custom css to get this issue fixed for you
