Payment not confirmed in website Event Booking entry process

Hi

As from 1 June 2019, the integration to confirm payments made does not update the event process. We receive the confirmation from the payment portal (Payfast) to indicate that the "merchant" has been paid, so the actual payment is made. The Event Booking process however still lists the individuals as "Pending" even though payment has been confirmed.

I am not a web developer, and unfortunately the web developer that created the site is no longer supporting the site.

Is there anything I could look at to get it to work again?

It is running Event Book v2.4.3

Hello

The first thing you should do is updating your site to latest version of Events Booking, then try again

The version you are using is very outdated and that might be the reason causing the error
