Change value on registrant's custom field

Hello
We have created a custom field where we can mark which type of exam the registrants has passed.
This value is then marked by the event owner by going to the list of registrants, and then he has to click on the first name og each registrant to "kind of open the registrant" where the custom field then is, and the event owner can then check which exam type the registrant has passed from the radio buttons choices we have created on the custom field ………

It would be a GREAT help if it was possible for the event owner to do the registrant list and NOT have to click to open each registrant, but could choose value of this custom field directly on the list of registrants
I am aware that this would give us a rather long list, since each registrant would then have to be shown on the list with all the choices available
But that could be solved by use using a list in the custom field instead of radio buttons?
Also it would have to "auto save" the choice when selecting "next registrant on the list" or just "clicking away" from the custom field - and of course it should be possible to change the value by changing it on each registrant

Could this be done? Maybe as a customer task where we pay you to have it made? If so - what would it cost, and how quickly could you make it?
