Event Booking Second Reminder Email Does Not Appear To Be Sent

Hello,

I have Event Booking 3.10.2 running and I'm having a problem with the Event Reminder Email features. It appears that the "First" event reminder email is successfully sent. But the problem is with the "Second" reminder email.

The Second Email Reminder does not appear to be getting sent. I have enabled the logging feature in Event Booking and I can confirm the log is showing the "First" Email Reminder is generated but nothing is there for the second.

Is anyone else having trouble with the "Second" Reminder Email?

There is no difference between first and second reminder emails

So there must be something wrong with the setting somehow. You can submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account
2. Tell us ID of the event which is having this issue

We are going to check to see why second reminder email is not being sent and get it sorted
