Not all tickets are send in mail was created by EIleen Assel
Hello, I offer several events on my website. If someone books different events, not all tickets will be attached to the email. All invoices are listed correctly. If someone books several tickets for only one event, all tickets will be sent, but unfortunately not for different events. In the backend all tickets are deposited.

Is there a chance to solve the problem?

Hello EIleen

Are you saying that when you book multiple events, only ticket for first event will be attached?

If so, look like a bug to me. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account of the site

2. Link to the page which we can register for these events and see the error

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
