Event Booking Offline Payment Handle plugin

I have the Offline Payment Handle plug-in enabled because I want it to autosend the offline payment reminder messages. However, I don't want it to auto-cancel any registrations. If I leave the field blank or set it to zero on 'Number Days to Cancel registration,' will it prevent the plugin from auto-canceling?

Yes. You just need to set the parameter to 0 and registrations won't be cancelled even if the registrants don't make payment

That plugin comes with Events Booking by default. So you just need to install Events Booking extension (latest version), then enable, configure and use the plugin

My Joomla is 3.8.8 version and Event booking is 3.8.3 version.

I have downloaded EB 3.10.3 latest version. Will it work on my Joomla?

Yes. It works with that version of Joomla which you are using (Events Booking latest version is compatible with Joomla 3.7.0+)
