Public Registrants List Not Showing

I've set up some events and set the 'Show List of Registrants' to YES.

But nowhere in the front end where I have event registration timeline is there any way of seeing the registrants, or when we select the 'Details' button. Nor when someone registers. How do I get this to display on the front end?
