event not showing

hiya
bit of a novice
but for the life of me a can not figure out why my new event is not showing and my old event ( which I have deleted in back end in an attempt to shift?) is showing?

There must be something wrong with the setup. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and link to the page so that we can check and correct it

Hi Kim, I am having the same issue. How was it resolved?

solution: - If you have Show children events date under parent events config option set to Yes, in the past, the system will show date of the parent event in the list (even if current date is greater than that date) and it makes confusing for users. In this new version, the system will use the date of next upcoming child event for showing and sorting events on the page. It's more logical and allow user to see the correct event date
