Same invoice pdf to all?

If I add invoice pdf. Will it be added to all registrar, if the have paid or not? I have paypal, stripe and offline. Will paypal and stripe get a invoice marked "paid", and will the offline payments get a regular invoice to pay?
Could I choose to send pdf invoice only to the registrars that picked offline payments ?

If you enable invoice, it will be sent to all registrants, not depends on the payment method they choose:

1. If someone uses PayPal or Stripe, the status of the invoice will be Paid

2. If someone uses Offline payment, the status of the invoice will be Pending

There is no option to only send invoice for offline registration only
