Disable mail-notification on user state change was created by Thomas Hartmann
Hi, is it possible to disable the mail notification when you change the user-state from waiting to paid in backend or on any change in backend?
User should not get a mail-notification on any backend-changes.

Hello

For any email, if you want to disable it, just go to Events Booking -> Emails & Messages, find the subject of the email and empty it. After that, the email won't be sent anymore

Hi Thomas

Are you using frontend subscriptions management as well? If so, when you empty subject of the email as I mentioned, approving the subscription record from frontend won't send email, too

Hi Tuan,

Yes, our client is using frontend subscription too and the frontend mail should stay active, only mails on backend changes should be disabled. As I understand you this is not possible?

It's not possible unless you we modify code to support that. We will have to charge you some fee to do the modification and it might cause trouble with future update

So for now, better use it as how it's
