Reject of event registration mails from Apple (icloud.com) was created by Hans
Dear all
It may be more of a problem of my Mailserversettings. But Apple wants to have an unsubscription Link in bulk mails, which of course I don't have in my event registrations Mail.
I get the following:
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
xxx@icloud.com
host mx2.mail.icloud.com [17.57.8.135]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
550 5.7.1 [CS01] Message rejected due to local policy. Please visit support.apple.com/en-us/HT204137
Is this problem common?
thanks
Hans

Hi Hans
Events Booking, actually just uses Joomla API for sending email. So in case email is rejected, honestly, it's out of our control

Thanks for your reply. I guessed. But I think acymail uses the same API but seems to be accepted. Maybe because of the unsubscribe possibility (I understand that unsubscribe makes no sense for a registration mail). But that's what apple is writing here

Was just wondering if other users have the same problem and how they handle it.
Thanks anyway
