Hi Tuan

Does the Certificate Feature only work for logged in users or is there a way that users can download their certificate who don't have an user-account?

Is it possible to send a certificate for free events as an attachment with the registration confirmation to the participant?
Or is it possible to insert a link-shortcode in the registration confirmation with which the participant can download his certificate?

Hello

No, certificate could not be sent as attachment in confirmation email. The reason is because, by design, certificate can only be downloaded after registration completed.

To allow users to download certificate (after event ends), you can insert download certificate link in the email. See eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/advance...download-certificate for detailed information
