Hello,
Recently someone registered in one of our events. The problem is it passed all of the required fields without any data. How is this possible? Can you check this for me?
Thank you.

Hello

To prevent spam bot, you should setup and enable captcha eventbookingdoc.joomservices.com/basic-setup/enable-captcha

Also, make sure you are running latest version of the extension and have the fields you want as required. When you set a field as required, registration won't be processed if data for that field is not entered (empty)

Yes, I did not enable captcha, but all my fields set up to required and upload button also required to upload something. But there was no file in registration.

For now, please:

- Update your site to latest version of the extension

- Configure recaptcha

After that, monitor future registration. If the issue happens again, let me know and I will check it directly on your site
