Group Registration not working

I have discovered that the group registration is not working. all entered information is not be logged for each person & the money is not being transacted. Individual registration is working fine & I have temporarily set it to individual registration only. I am attaching snapshots of what the email look like and registrant list. I have blackened private info in black. I can not figure out why group registration is not working since the most recent update.

Using Joomla 3.9.12, EB 3.10.4

There must be something special causing the error. You can submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- Link to group registration form

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
