Export Registrations -> Internal Server Error was created by PlatformElements
Hello Joomdonation Team,

We would like to export the registrations of an event as CSV but receive only 'Internal Server Error' as an error message. It still worked in the winter of last year. The version of the event booking component ist up to date.

What is the problem now?

Hi Jana

I would say that it happens because you now have many registrants and the system does not have enough resources for processing the export

In this case, please contact your hosting provider, ask them to increase two settings below:

- memory_limit
- maxecute_time

Maybe double the current value. After that, check it again to see if it solves the issue

Hi Tuan

Increasing memory_limit and/or maxecute_time did not help.

But we were able to solve the export problem in the meantime. The PHP version of the domain was set too high. EventBooking does not appear to be compatible with PHP 7.3 yet.

Maybe this can be adjusted in the next update.

Events Booking is compatible with PHP 7.3

If you want, you can configure the server to use PHP 7.3, then submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help checking it
