Request to allow adding a Name field for clothes

Scenario

A Manager is ordering the same work clothes (Qty : 5) for 5 staff.
The manager will input each staff's name so that the name goes onto the clothes.

It is possible,
base on the attribute of the item ie safety clothing (Example Allow name : Yes) or a Boolean field
When adding the same item (safety clothing) to the cart, a separate line with a textbox is added instead of combining.

Thank you for submitting the question here. I think that you can create an option with type is Textarea then assign it to the product.

Then when shopper add the product to the cart, they can enter the name into that Textarea.

Thanks for the advise, I have done that after reading your comments and the EShop documentation.
The option is now showing in the product detail page.

Problem
Our customers have compliant that they are to wasting time going into the detail page, entering name and out for ordering different clothing in a single purchase order.
1) Is there a way to have the Name option in the listing page as well?

Refer to attached image.
Ideally to show the name text box before or after the QTY and Add button.

2) How can I configure the option to show in the product listing page?
