Create, edit orders invoices from back-end

yes, this opportunity would convince me to buy eShop. And the possibility to send quotes.

This absolutely needs to be added - it is a hugely missed feature

We are getting ready to go live in a month or so. What is the work around when a customer calls and says I meant to buy just one and not 2. Please change it?

How do you fix the invoice and ship what they want?

We write the changes in the comment box (e.g., "Customer called 5/14/20 to delete SKU 423 qty: 1 with SKU 425 qty:1. $5.49 price difference charged to cc"). This is far from perfect (the comment box is easy to miss and the changes are not reflected in the reports), but is the only way we know so far. Other suggestions would be appreciated until a solution is implemented.

I've actually gone through the hassle of working out how the orders are stored in the backend database, so I am now able to edit / add / change orders at will.

However, it's not exactly easy and there's no GUI to help do it. Plus you really need to keep your wits about you to avoid screwing anything up.

As I've said before; this option *REALLY* needs to be added to EShop as it is desperately needed!

May I ask where did you edited the invoices i have to do some changes and idk where to search atm

I edited the backend SQL tables manually - there's quite a few interlinked tables, and of course if you get anything wrong, it will break that invoice

This is very important to a lot of us. Hey, Giang, I will kick in $200 and others may help out too. Can we get this fixed?

I would also like to have this feature as we sometimes cannot deliver what is requested and we need to adapt the order with deleting or replacing an item. HELP
