Howdy Tuan!
If someone re-assigns a ticket, can it put a notation in the ticket comment with the assigned name, new assigned name and a timestamp?
Also, can there be a master manager setting in the config so we can add a manager user (or 2) that will then be able to see all categories? (helpful for when managers change, especially with a lot of categories.)
And if you can, could there be a timer setting that will send another email if the ticket is not responded to within a settable number of minutes?
Another helpful addition would be to have a front end reporting item that has a timed refresh option - so a manager could log in, put the ticket report up on the screen and it would automatically refresh after X minutes.
