Assign Time To Ticket was created by What No Website
Would it be possible to have an additional field in the ticket for when it is closed to allocate time that was spent on that ticket.

It's really just so a client can see just how much time was invested.

Hello

Unfortunately, it's not a supported feature. So if you need it, you will need to customize the extension to have that feature
