As I'm not customized the HDP, only added the translation, the issue must be at your system too.
Maybe some trick can be done to apply the translation for the custom categories?
Just checked the database too, and there are everything OK - the original language and translation are existing and are correct.
There should be something different how the dropdown is filled in those views, maybe in the all tickets view, the dropdown are not affected by language switch, but every other part of the view is working correctly.
Feels strange to me also, but it should be some nasty bug
Sorry! Everything is solved for now.
Actually it was caused by browser cache, so that it cached previous values.
Discovered it by using accidentally different browser and everything worked magically...
Everything seems to be OK!
