Display ticket priority in email?

Hello,

I was wondering if it's possible to display the user's chosen priority for a ticket, in the e-mail sent to notify the managers/staff?

I assume it would be something like the tags [TICKET_ID] and [TICKET_MESSAGE], but I can't find any list of all such available tags for Helpdesk Pro.

Can you please let me know if this is possible, and if yes, how?

Hello

Yes. It's possible. You can use [TICKET_PRIORITY] tag. It should work as expected
