Captcha Error on Donation Page. Captcha set to 'NO' in config

This site worked in October of 2018 with no issues. That is the last donation I show in paypal.

Customer sent email today that they have an error with Captcha on donation form. But we don't use Captcha on this form. It is set to 'NO' in config.

See attached screenshot with error.

I have updated from 5.4.10 to 5.5.0 today. But no changes. Same issue.

I have attempted to Enable Captcha in JoomDonate Config, but I see issue on donation form that says 'Captcha is not configured properly on your website.'

Captcha is working fine in footer of same page with contact form. And on Contact page of this website, ReCaptcha works fine.
