Squareup Payment Plugin Installation Error

I am not able to install the Squareup Payment Plugin I get error:

"Error
Upload plugin package error"

I have tried downloading the install package on both Chrome and Firefox, same error. When trying to open the zip file in windows I get "the archive is either unknown or format or damaged"
