Error: 1054 Unknown column 'is_searchable' in 'where clause'

Have Joomla 3.8.1
php 7.1.12
I bought membership Pro
had uploaded com_osmembership.zip
and is installed.
Unfortunately
the dashboard is not displayed.
Error: 1054 Unknown column 'is_searchable' in 'where clause'
What should I do?

Just for your information, this usually happens because the installation/upgrade was not success for some reasons, re-install the package again should help solve the issue

Also, on installation screen, please don't use drag and drop for installing. Just click on the green button or Browse for file to select the package to install should help solving the issue
