Hi Tuan,

I seem to have got a problem with group members as they are getting an email from us for payment of the subscription. I have checked the main member's record on the front end and she has correctly included her family as a group member and also renewed her membership, but her husband (her group member) has shown us an email that he has incorrectly received reminding him of the need to renew his membership. He has in fact received all three of the emails that the system provides. I have checked the database and his (and his other family members) all show the dates of emails sent out.

Could this be a bug perhaps or have I missed something?

Hi Bill

Are you using latest version of Membership Pro? If not, what version of the extension you are using so that I can check the code and give you the answer?

Hi Tuan,

I have been using 2.13.2 but I see now that there is 2.14.0. I have now updated it. Will that sort it out?

Hi Bill

Look like a bug to me. Please get this updated plugin, then go to Extensions -> Manage -> Install, install it to your site

After that, the issue should not happen anymore
