Gross Calculation was created by Trevor Smith
Hi
When entering net amount, fees, discount etc I was expecting the gross amount to be calculated automatically but it remains blank, is this correct?
Also when editing from the front-end Subscriptions Management only the Nett field is displayed and if it is edited the Gross value is not updated.
Best regards
Trevor

Hi Trevor
1. At the moment, the system will only calculate the fees if you leave the all the amount fields empty. When you enter data for one of the fee, the system thinks that you want to enter it manually itself and leave it as how it's. Maybe I should change it in the future.
2. Maybe it helps answering your second question, too

Hi Tuan
If I enter a new subscriber and leave all the amount fields empty the gross value is zero when saved.
If I enter just the net value it is saved but the gross is still zero.
Needs a bit more thought perhaps?
How about pre-populating the fields with default values taken from the plan and automatically calculating the Gross. If the user changes any of the values then the gross is automatically recalculated?
Best regards

Hi Trevor
That's strange to me. Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us:
1. Super admin account of the site
2. Tell us the plan we need to add this subscriber and see this error
I will check it directly on your site and make sure it's working as expected
