I am brand new to Joomla / Membership Pro, so I am trying to figure this out.
We have created Plans, which specify a set up fee of 100.00.
The way we use the application is that a user submits a paper form and then an admin logs into the website and selects
the "Subscriptions" -> "Subscriptions" menu options and then selects the green "New" button.
This loads the form with all of the std and custom fields defined, but none of the specified fee values are pre-populated in the form.

Is there a certain section in the documentation that explains how / why this works this way? Do I not have something configured correctly?

Thanks for any pointers.

Hello Colby

It's not auto-populated. However, you can leave these fields empty and when you press save, the system will calculate and store payment amounts for that subscription record automatically
