Subscription History - How to visualize

Subscription History - How to visualize was created by Frederic Ozon
Hello,

I have customer which renew their membership on a annual base.

After one year, I have now the first people who renew theri membership.

My issue is that in the Subscription History, I do not see it.

Plan Active Time Montant Brut Etat Transaction ID Invoice Number
Adhésion de base 12-02-2018 To 12-02-2020 €60.00 Actif 51S589094D0912105 ACN1905003

There is only one line which correspond to last renew, how can I see the expired subcription from 2018 to 2019, please?

Hello Frederic

We don't have a visual view like that. However, if you search for subscription base on email of that subscriber, you should see two records:

- One is the original record
- One is the renewal record

(Unless you set Subscription Renewal Behavior config option to Update subscription,in this case, there would be only one subscription record)
