Upgrade amount decreasing

Hello community,
"X" membership price is 600, "Y" is 250. When I want upgrade my membership Y to X, the price is decreases to 349.3 not 350. Why and how to solve this?

When you upgrade from plan X to plan Y, the price you have to pay will be determined in the upgrade rule/option which you setup for the plan

So please check and make sure you configured it properly and it should work fine

Also, as mentioned, you are using a very outdated version, so better, upgrade to latest version and request us for support if needed
