subscriptions

hiya, i have a wine club which is meant to
subscibe a person for 1 year- payments and wine shipments every 4 months?
however it is showing an expired member every 4 months- and i don't want people to re subscribe every 4 months?
is there a better way of doing this?

If you want to have payment happens every 4 months, you can setup a plan with the following parameters:

1. Subscription Length: 4 Months

2. Recurring Subscription: Yes

3. Price: The payment amount users have to pay every 4 months

Please try to setup a plan like that, then check it again and let us know if it works
