renew vs upgrade

I have 2 paid plans. Why is a user with an active Plan A seeing an upgrade button on Plan A? On Plan B I understand but on Plan A it should be a renew button right?

Unless there is something special, there should be renew button for plan A instead of upgrade button

Maybe you can submit a support ticket sending us:

1. Super admin account

2. That subscriber account

3. Link to the page which we can see this issue

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
