Change of Plan cost and early payment discount

Hi Tuan,

We have slightly increased our plans cost and added an option for an early payment discount. This new value is not been reflected into the existing active subscriptions, which are still showing the last paid price.

Can we be confident that upon renewals, the new plan prices will be charged?

1. If plan is an one time subscription plan, then Yes, the new cost will be applied on renewal

2. If the plan is recurring subscription plan, the old price is already registered with the payment gateway at the time subscribers sign up for the plan and it will remain un changed. So the new price will only affect new subscribers

Yes, they are NOT recurring subscription plans. So I will assume that the reminders and renewals will charge the new rates and reflect this new rates in the Subscriptions, once paid.

Yes, don't worry. Once subscribers renew their subscription, they will have to pay full price
