Lifetime Free Membership, but renew option is still available. Why?

Hello,
I have 2 paid membership plans and when they get off, the member is automatically assigned to the lifetime free plan.
But if a member now wants to signup a paid plan again, he can only renew the free plan! That makes no sense.
Did I make something wrong?

Hello Peter

If you want to disable renewal for that plan, just edit the plan, set Enable Renewal parameter to No

Hi Peter

If no renew option defined, the system will only renew with exactly the length of the plan and the price is price of the plan

As I said, edit the plan, set Enable Renewal parameter to No and it will solve the issue

That's strange to me. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- A subscriber account
- Link to the page

I will check to see why renew option is available for that plan and get it sorted
