New price for plan not showing!!!!

Edit: I had forgotten that there is another price in Renewal Options. It would be good if there was a way to avoid having to change this in two places. But I have another problem now which I’ll put in a new post.

I changed the price for our annual membership before reminders started being sent, but when you follow the link from the reminder the old price is still shown! HOW CAN I FIX THIS?

All caches have been cleared and the new price is definitely there in the plan.

Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of your site
- The subscriber account which we can use to login to check the issue
- Link to that renewal page

I will check and tell you the reason so that you can correct it
