import subscriptions not uploading anything

hi
followed the steps in the documentations
but when uploading, getting "There are 0 subscribers imported"
my csv file looks like this:

plan,username,payment_date,from_date,to_date,published,amount,tax_amount,discount_amount,gross_amount
annual,tiran,2020-01-05,2020-01-05,2021-01-05,1,299,0,0,299
.......

i have a plan called "annual" and a joomla user with the username "tiran"

what am i doing wrong?

Please submit a support ticket sending us:

- Super admin account of the site
- Send me the CSV file which you are using to import

We are going to check to see what's wrong and get it sorted
