Proforma invoice for offline payment

I need to customize the invoice. For the offline payment, the invoice is generated and send be email. But by our law, in this first step I need to send proforma invoice, the after sucesfull payment the final invoice.

Is it somehow possible to have in the first invioce after subscribing with the offline payment, in the invoice the text "proforma invoice"? And the after sucesfull payment only "invoice"?

Maybe with some if condition tag in the invoice format template?

I already made it ... i have used the tag [invoice_status] ... if it is pending i use translation "proforma invoice" , if subscription is active i use "invoice".

Just one question - how can I send the invoice for offline payment in the email after confirmation?
