Renew Options cannot be saved

Try to set Renew Options on each three plans.
Unfortunately, after saving the fields are go empty (as default).
Any help will be really appreciated.

There must be something special on your site causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, we are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted for you

Due to the strict security rules, we will need to have your IP and email address to not bounce you back from the back-end.
