Renewal invoice emails not being sent was created by Christian Jull
A customer has reported an issue concerning membership renewals. I have verified that the renewal confirmation containing the invoice is not being sent to the customer. Admin notifications are OK. This appears to only be a recent problem and has been fine for several years. I updated to 2.8.3 this morning, then tested and got no email. I only updated to 2.8.2 recently, so it may be since then...

Everything is set as should be in the config.

Hello

Could you please give us more information. What payment method you are using for renewal? If admin receives email, I could not think of any reasons subscribers don't receive email unless he entered wrong email... for some reasons

Offline payment only. Same as new subs. Invoice is sent in the confirmation email once they renew. No settings have been changed. This is happening to all renewals, so email has already been verified. Also, I additionally tested using my own email.

Hello Christian

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, an account which can be used to renew membership and the link to renew membership page

We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
