Fixed date membership was created by Jean-Sébastien Guénette
I want to set a subscription plan that end the 31 March of each year, and that can be renewed each year to the next 31 March. Currently, I configure my plan with the following:

Subscription Lenght = 1 year
Expired Date = 2018-03-31
Enable Renewal = Yes

Because we have to identify a year in the expiration date, what will happen after the 31 March 2018? Would it be possible to renew until the 31 March 2019? For such recurring subscription case, wouldn't be easier to just ask for the day and the month (eg. Expiration Date = 31 March of each year)?

Thanks! :)

Hello

The extension is smart enough to handle this case. If someone renews / sign up after 31 March 2018, the subscription end date will be 31 March 2019 and so on...

Please note that for this kind of plan (fixed expiration date), It can only be an one time subscription plan, so you need to set Recurring Subscription setting of the plan to No

Regards,

Tuan
