I broke the invoice!

I seem to have broken the invoice. I did a bit of editing in it, including removing the Discount field (since we don't use it). Now the invoice states the item_quantity and item_name then the rest is blank. I tried putting the discount back:
Discount [DISCOUNT]

but that didn't make any difference. Could you please point me at a working invoice so I can try again? I've attached screen shots (sorry, 2 of them) to show what I currently have.

You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. Our support staff will check to see what's wrong and get it corrected for you
