Stripe Payments - Auto Charging

Hello,

I'm new to membership pro, and am hoping I wasn't under the wrong impression.

It was my understanding that using Stripe payments, we can have accounts auto charged from month to month without the need for the user to manual follow a process. We are building a simple subscription based program for our company and do not want to have users doing payment stuff every month... just the one time sign up with auto charging each month after that until they cancel.

Can someone please tell me this is possible? If so, maybe I have some settings wrong because I just keep getting emails to "please renew" or "your membership is going to expire" etc.

If this is not possible, can someone please point me in a right direction?

Yes.It is possible. You just need to setup a subscription plan with following information:

1. Subscription Length: 1 Month

2. Recurring Subscription: Yes

And it should work as expected. Also, please configure that plan to not send reminder emails as it is not needed for recurring subscription plans

Our annual membership is 120$
We would like to have and option to use up to 8 payments
If I will change the membership to monthly it will show as 10$ membership which is not good.

Is there a way to stay with the annual membership and have several payments?

Hi Giora

No, it is not possible to have it displayed like that. The payment information is displayed base on the parameters you configure for each plan, so if it is Monthly recurring subscription, there is no way for the system to know and display it as annual membership as you want
