Auto renew email

Hi,

When a customer has a recurring membership, are they sent an email when a new payment has been taken? If so, where would I find the email template.

Yes. There will be renewal email sent, same as manual renewal. You can go to Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages, look at Renewal Messages tab and change the email messages if you want

In that section you can only edit the text that appears in the subject and body sections. Where can we edit the actual template itself, i.e.. background color, default font, etc. ?

If you want to change it, please look at the file components/com_osmembership/view/emailtemplates/tmpl/container.php and do necessary modificatio

Once the modification is done, you should move the modified file to PATH_TO_TEMPLATE/html/com_osmembership/emailtemplates folder so that the change won't be lost when you update to future releases of the extension
