Offline payment subscribers not receiving any notification

For subscribers who chose "offline payment" and after they have made a payment, how can I set up your system so that they can automatically receive "subscription approved " emails ? After their payments being received, I can go to the "subscribers" settings and manually activate their account (by selecting "active" in the subscription history status), however, customers won't receive any emails after their account has been manually activated. Could you advise me on how to set this up ? Thank you.

Hello Yuri

When you publish the subscription record (or edit the subscription record, change Subscription Status from Pending to Active), the subscriber should receive subscription approved email

If it does not work like that, then maybe the email is not configured properly. In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check to see why the email is not sent and get it sorted
