upgrade offline payment does not work

upgrade offline payment does not work was created by jeronimo
When a user upgrades from trial with the offline payment there is no hint telling the user how to proceed with the payment. The message says "You have just completed upgrade your subscription from Trial to Super Charger. Your subscription for Trial is now expired and you are now active subscriber of subscription plan Super Charger. The subscription detail is as follow:" .. which is not true because there was no payment made.

The message, you can configure it yourself. Go to Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages, look at Upgrade Messages tab, setup the correct messages for the following items and it should be fine:

- Subscription upgrade user email body (Offline Payment)
- Subscription upgrade thanks message (Offline Payment)

You can copy the standard upgrade message, and modify it to meet offline payment upgrade

"Subscription upgrade user email body (Offline Payment)" is not in the Translation tab.

Hello

Could you please explain more details about this issue? What translation tab you are talking about? Is it the tab in Membership Pro -> Emails & Messages or it's the tab in edit plan screen?
