Paypal IPN 404

Hi Taun,
Just as I was thinking everything has been great for over a year now I get a email from paypal saying I have a problem with the IPN server.
After checking it appears a 404 error is being returned.
Where do I start looking as every thing else appears fine. Or do I need to submit a ticket.

You will need to submit a support ticket sending us detailed information so that we can check and guide you to correct it

Also, are you using latest version of the extension?
