change layout

Hi guys,
I've bought the os property extension for joomla.
I think it's really useful, but i would like to maintain my layout (my website isn't made with joomla), adding some professional caracteristics with thus extension.
I.e: do you think that in listing for city,is possible to show only a small description, the sq.f. And the price?
Do you think that the details if a certain apartnent could be shown in another way, with photos in othr positions and with amenities shown in another way?

With your request, i think you need to know about the php code. Because to change the layout isn't difficult, but you should pay attention in the php structure if you want to change the layout.
