how can I set a property entry fee? was created by Bruckner
Hi,

... how can I set a property entry fee?
I am looking for several days after that :blush:
(
Paypal payment
Agent must pay to upgrade the propery from normal to feature.
)
Only the image "feature" is not reason enough for me to pay for it B)

I'm looking for:
Base information is free....
(Image, Adress, bla,bla,bla ...)

Extended only for a fee info feature
(Property feature, Amenities, Neighborhood, ....)

Is there a setting or another (existing) required module?

Please help me

Dear Bruckner,
Agents must pay for upgrade. Yes, and the featured properties will be shown in the top of listing page and in the top of search result. Those properties haven't got any different features with normal listing. But it's very good for your business if your properties are always in the top of the listing.
Do you understand my explanation?
Thank you
Dam

Hi,

I think I know what you mean.

... the same as that paid at google (first entries)

But if I (I hope ....) have 200 paid ads, the first 4 pages are "feature".

If google would be so well I would start to look only at the 5 page ...

I have solved my problem in a different way :whistle:

The magic word ...

if($row->isFeatured == 1){

show Bla Bla Bla Bla

}

:)) It's good if you know php code.
Please use that function, and let me know if you have any issues or you have any idea to improve the feature.
Thank you very much!

Hi,

my english is not very good.
I've learned from 25 years in school and never needed again :-)
so I'd rather write.
I have enough ideas.
Unfortunately, I'm a bloody beginner in php things - I just learn yourself.
php code to read and easy to make changes, however, is less of a problem.

and there are still :-) Mozilla firebug to look at and modify.

My idea would be:
Description free
Property feature for free
1 photo for free
contact for free
Location for free

Upgarade Google Maps, video code, facilities,Property feature, etc.

--> saves traffic and stimulates to an upgrade B) <--

I just hang on Diagnostic de Performance Energetique these entries.
one up - one down
not in the same table row

I hope I look in the correct file: common.php

Yes,
I am understand your idea. I will collect the idea from the customer before i change the system.
It will have several logical issues. So i must think about it carefully and hear from customers also.
If you add my skype name, we can chat (of couse, typing) directly, i think you can help me to improve my extension very much.
Thank you for your idea.
