Preseales feature question was created by Dean Randell
Hi all,
I am currently looking for a new Joomla real estate script to replace our now very out of date EZrealty site.
I see that OS Property is multilingual which is a must for us.
My questions are as follow:
1- We will want to give an XML feed to list our properties on other sites and also be able to import XML feeds into our site. Can it do that?
2- A migration tool to migrate about 50 properties from EZRealty into our OS Property site?
3- Responsive for tablets and smart phones
4- Printable PDF of individual properties
5- Customer database ?? Is there a way of storing customer details? This one isn't a must but would be nice.
6- Include a video with each listed property?
Thank you very much for any advice.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for interested in OS Property. Regarding to your questions, i would like to answer as below:
1. OS Property has feature to migrate data from Ezrealty to OS Property. It's an add-on of OS Property, and it's free.
2.. Yes
3. OS Property is responsive extension. You can visite demo site here osproperty.ext4joomla.com/
4. OS Property has PDF and property printing features
5. If your Joomla site can work with custom database, OS Property will able to work with it. Because it's Joomla extension, so it inherits features of your Joomla site.
6. In each property, you can add Youtube embed code, and the video clip will be shown at front-end of component
Thanks
Dam

Many Thanks Dang.
Just a couple more.
With multilingual function:
Does it read visitor browser and change automatically or do they need to click to change it?
Do I need to write copies of the property details in various languages or is it automatic?

Hi Andy,
When you turn on Joomla Multilingual feature, at front-end, user will able to change language they want. Based on selected language, the property information will be shown in user's language. When you add/edit property, you will see, the property modification form will have 2 main tabs: General and Translation, the tab General contains the property information of main language while Translation contains information of property in different languages.
Thanks
Dam
