Agents do not show on the property

I have my Os Property already running and working really good but I have noticed that the property will not show the information of the agent that uploaded the property as well as the agent filter that can be used in the Menu Layout: Property listing layout.

Hi Lea,
Please do not show your site information in forum, because this public area. Everyone can access to Back-end of your site when you send Super admin account here. If you need any private area, you can use Ticket system by clicking on menu: Support Tickets at the top.
I have removed your site information in your topic, but it had better to change those information.
Come back to your topic, i see you are using Theme3 (Back-end > OS Property > Manage OSP Themes). And in this theme, Agent information won't show in Listing page.
Agent information will only be shown on theme: Default, Theme2

Okay, I am sorry for the credentials.

I changed them now.

Checking the Themes, it says that Theme 3 it says:
Agents listing layout - Yes

So then why can I not filter by them? Even on the Default or Theme2. Still the filter by agents will not show.

I want to have a filter in my OsProperty but by agent.
So lets say I have three agents:
- Lea
- Oscar
- Luis

But I want to see Oscar's Properties. So I need a filter by agents, or see that agents properties only. How can I do that?

There is one way to list properties of specific agent is from Agent listing, we click on the Agent details to see properties.

okay... the thing is that when I see details of my agents, I will not see the properties. Do I have to configure it some specific way?

You need turn on 2 configure options:
Back-end > OS Property > Configuration > Tab: User type > field: "Show User properties"
and "Allow User to upload their properties"
