How to add a new language after installation was created by Thomas Reich
Hello,
I need to add 3 more languages on an already installed system

I installed the languages in Joomla, but then I get a database error when I go to OS Propertx in the backend..
I uninstalled the languages and had to delete the languages in the database to get rid of this error.

So the question is: How do I install additional languages?
Thank you for a quick answer
Thomas

Hi Thomas,
I think you setup language content wrongly. Please remember that the language code are just 2 characters. For example: us, uk, ca.
You can check your language contents again and get back to me. In case you already setup the language content properly. Please submit ticket and send your site url with super admin account. We will check the problem for you.
Thanks
Dam

Hello,
the moment I install a new language I get this Error on Osproperty admin
1118 Row size too large. The maximum row size for the used table type, not counting BLOBs, is 65535. This includes storage overhead, check the manual. You have to change some columns to TEXT or BLOBs .
I had uploaded the language files in both admin and language for cs-CZ, ru-RU, pl-PL
But when I install any new language I get the above error
I am lost here. I will send you a ticket with credentials now
Thank you
Thomas

Hi Gordon,
OS Property supports various language packages: English, French, Spain, Italian, German, Russian, Portuguese ..etc. If your site has one of those languages installed. Once you install OS Property, the corresponding language files will be installed automatically.
Thanks

Hi Gordon,
To add new language into OS Property, you just need to install new language package for Joomla site. And then, you can re-install OS Property to make the language package to be installed automatically. If you don't want to re-install OS Property. You can contact with me, i will send the language package of OS Property that you need.
Thanks
